.. . Our goal is to teach quality martial arts while improving overall health. Our program is targeted for all people, including children and adults, as well as women and men. You don't have to be in any particular shape to start the class. We include strengthening and core excercises into the training. And you don't have to be particularly flexible either. It's something to work on, but lack of flexibility won't hold you back from progressing. We help students improve at each individual's own pace. At the same time people learn effective self-defense, sharpen their reflexes and improve self discipline, to name just a few of the benefits. . It's important to keep in mind that this is an art. And to learn any art takes time and patience. Rank is not simply given and testing will be infrequent. Emphasis instead will be on physical and mental development, and as with anything, improvement takes time. Hopefully students will gain an appreciation for the process it takes to earn their rank. .
